Bridget Orlando
Bridget Orlando studied painting at West Surrey College of Art and design, she went on to do post graduate studies at Le Beaux Arts in Aix en Provence. On returning she established herself in London, wherein she has had many and varied jobs alongside her painting practice.

In 2000 she decided to accept commissions, initially focusing on pets, however she started to attract an increasing number of commissions for portraits. This in turn led on to a project of a more personal and erotic nature - examples of which can be seen on this page. In her erotic work she explores the idea of sexual personae and identity. Some of her more recent paintings have an almost traditional feel to them, which she describes as being 'modern victorian', as they often contain gothic, romantic overtones.
