John Evans
John Evans was born 1956, in England, to a Welsh father and Chinese mother...an interesting mix of the Celtic and Oriental! While pursuing a successful commercially based career for many years, after gaining a degree in psychology from the University of Birmingham, photography of all types has since become both a passion and a serious practice for over thirty years.
John now follows his love for the erotic and artistic nude full time to produce images that are designed to evoke an appreciation of the full beauty of the naked human form.

Studio work involves carefully isolating and accentuating the beauty of the figure with light and shade to reveal the flowing curves of the female form. Location work juxtaposes the textures of rocks, trees and water with the softness of skin.
John is currently exploring darker more erotic themes for future exhibitions.
Available for commissions at very reasonable rates and able to travel extensively in pursuit of the perfect image. John is also always happy to work in collaboration with other artists and models in joint ventures. He can be contacted via john@johnevans.org
